Fernando Murillo started Fern Tree Service in 2009 with one goal: treat every customer the way he’d want his family treated. Seventeen years later, that hasn’t changed.

A family business, built one yard at a time

Fernando Murillo grew up in the Little Rock area. His brother-in-law introduced him to tree work, and in February 2009 he started Fern Tree Service and Stump Removal.

Today it’s a five-person crew, a family business, and one he’s already handing down to the next generation.

After every big storm, door knockers show up. Before anyone climbs your tree, ask to see a current certificate of insurance. If they can’t show one, any damage could fall on you.

Yes. Every estimate is free, with no obligation.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes — fully licensed and insured. Ask and we’ll send our certificate of insurance.

When can you come look at my trees?

Usually same day or next. We’ll give you a time and show up.

Does tree removal include the stump?

Stump grinding can be added to any removal. We’ll quote it upfront.

How do I pay you?

We accept cash, check, and all major cards once the job is done.

Can you work with my insurance?

Yes. We photograph damage and write itemized estimates adjusters accept.
